He holds an MBA from UNC–Chapel Hill and a BA from Adelphi University. His approach combines institutional experience with direct, personal attention to each transaction.

Jessica helps Louisiana homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate investors find financing that fits their goals. From purchasing a primary residence to refinancing a rental property or financing an investment acquisition, she takes time to understand the transaction and explain the available options in clear, practical terms. Her approach combines personal attention, responsive communication, and hands-on guidance from the first conversation through closing. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Southern University.

Jeremy supports the underwriting review process, helping evaluate financing files and coordinate requirements with the team. He holds a degree in mathematics from the University of Chicago.

Ayana brings more than two decades of experience across financial services, risk review, quality assurance, and client service. Her background includes roles at J.P. Morgan, EverBank, and NEFCU, as well as senior leadership at 1-800-Flowers.com, where she directed quality, training, and customer experience initiatives. At Purlieu City Partners, she applies that experience to business development and processing, helping build client relationships, coordinate documentation, and keep transactions moving with care and attention to detail. Ayana holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in Public Administration from St. John’s University. She is also a New York State Notary Public.
